Do you sell to individual customers?
We are a wholesale supplier. Our customers are African grocery stores, restaurants, caterers, party planners and resellers. A minimum order value applies to keep trade pricing fair.
How fast will I receive a quote?
Order requests are reviewed Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm Eastern Time. You will hear from us within one business day using your preferred contact method.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes — all provinces, by courier or freight depending on order size. Duties and brokerage are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Warehouse pickup is available at 4742 Hammermill Rd, Suite 402, Tucker, GA 30084 during business hours.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken on this website. After your quote is confirmed we accept bank transfer, Zelle or business check.
How do frozen items ship?
Frozen snails, frozen locust beans and frozen fish are held at our Tucker facility and ship by scheduled cold-chain courier within our service zone, or by warehouse pickup. The trade desk will quote the right option with your order.
My product isn't listed — can you source it?
Very likely. Tell us what you need in the order notes; if it moves in a Nigerian export container, we can usually add it to the next shipment.
